For almost a decade of her successful career, Lola served as a wealth advisor with Merrill Lynch and a senior partner of LWF Wealth Management. Today, she continues to advise clients and institutions on how to build a vision for the future and directs the achievement of results-oriented financial goals and aspirations. Lola is active in the New York City community as a board member for the Hetrick-Martin Institute (HMI); the New York Women’s Foundation (NYWF-the Foundation is the largest women-led grantmaking organization in the United States, and one of the top two in the world); a charter member of the E. A. Sackler Center for Feminist Art and a founding member of the Council African American Art at the Brooklyn Museum. She is also listed In Who’s Who of American Women and is the recipient of the Proclamation “Lola C. West Day” in the City of New York for “exemplary prowess as a health care administrator.” Lola received a BA in Psychology from Brooklyn College and a MUP (Master’s in Urban Planning) from Hunter College. She holds a a Certified Financial Management designation; the Series 7, 66; and Life, Health and Accident Insurance license. She lives on the Upper East Side of NYC.

Ian is a co-founder and partner of WestFuller Advisors, a financial and wealth management firm that provides advice, strategy, and investment management for values-aligned global individuals, families and institutions.
A specialist in evidence-driven, global wealth advisory and planning, strategic investment management, and philanthropic giving; he works closely with people and institutions to empower wealth with purpose. Ian is a believer in the promise of money and financial systems to drive a flourishing democracy and economy. He also co-leads the firm’s commitment to support efforts building: a just and equitable society, public purpose finance for All, and community infrastructure and assets. As an activist and finance nerd, he is the board chair of Common Justice and serves as the treasurer/finance chair for many social justice organizations, including: Color of Change, The Workers Lab, Proteus Action League, and the Amalgamated Foundation.
He received both a B.S. in Economics and an M.S. in International Affairs/Global Finance from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology/New York University; and holds a Chartered Financial Consultant designation; the Series 7, 66, 24 securities licenses. He lives on the Lower East Side of New York City with his family where he can often be found with a glass of red, a good book or training for the next adventure race.
Brian Cole is Chief Administrative Officer of WestFuller Advisors. Mr. Cole has 35 years of experience in asset management, where he spent the majority of his time at Equinox Capital Management, LLC and most recently as head of operations for Alternative Capital Advisors. As a founding member of Equinox, he played an integral role in its development and growth, with assets under management in the Large Cap Value product growing from $300 million to $15 billion in 10 years. At Equinox, he served as the Principal, Chief Operating Officer and Director of Trading where he directed and supervised all operational activities associated with the investment management functions of the firm, including trading, portfolio administration and information technology. Mr. Cole was also a member of a three person management team whose responsibilities included developing advisory related relationships, and was the primary relationship contact for all institutional clients. With an eye towards efficiency and use of technology, Mr. Cole grew the business while adding just 20 employees during the firm’s assets under management growth phase, and was responsible for overseeing daily pre-open Investment Committee meetings. Mr. Cole began his career at Arthur Andersen & Co where he was a Senior Auditor, and was Equity Trader at Atalanta/Sosnoff Capital Corporation. Mr. Cole earned a B.S. in accounting from Fordham University in 1983. He is married and has two children.

Daryl Hersch is a recognized industry expert on portfolio management & option strategy with more than three decades of experience in trading, market making, investment advisement & broker dealer operations. Since becoming the Principal Member & owner of the Celadon Financial Group, LLC in 1996, Hersch has led the company through significant growth in assets under management, expanded the firm into a full service brokerdealer and guided the organization through difficult markets. Most of Mr. Hersch’s clients are referrals who have sought his experience with options for hedging, diversification and other sophisticated positioning and trading strategy’s. His tremendous utilization of options has created a strong loyalty among his diverse clientele.
Lucio Ventrella specializes in solutions for UK expatriates – specifically on the UK Pension (transfers), investment, protection and savings plans left behind in the UK, Europe and other countries. Lucio spent 7 years in the UK with RBS as a Financial Planner and Business Development Manager. This continued with RBS Offshore, before Lucio decided to become independent and create his own network of Advisers to the Expat community, which 6 years ago expanded to the USA. Lucio is passionately involved in Fundraising & donations for Children’s Mental Health organizations in multiple local States. He is dedicated to improving the lives of children and young adults with special needs. As a father to a child with such challenges, he volunteers for Sports Unity Programs to help give everyone a chance to have fun, make friends and exercise. His wife and daughter are creating a “Safe Space” for siblings of special needs children – a place to express their emotional needs as part of a unique family.
Institutional Financial Advisory
Stephen Green leads institutional business and strategic partnerships. Mr. Green possesses a vast knowledge of market structure, trading and institutional investing. He began his career in 1978 trading and investing stocks and options as a page/runner on the floor of the New York Stock Exchange. In 1979, he joined Spear Leeds and Kellogg as a specialist clerk. From 1982 through 1991, Mr. Green was a specialist broker for Robb Peck McCooey Specialist. In 1987, he received a NYSE seat membership and became a partner at RPMS. Mr. Green left RPMS in 1991 when he was offered the position of senior partner at the specialist firm Einhorn and Company. VDM Specialist USA purchased Einhorn in 1999. Mr. Green was retained by VDM as one of the largest senior managing partners, serving on the firm’s supervisory committee of trading risk management for all of the 425 listed companies. He was also directly responsible for 8 trading members and 90 companies, along with serving on VDM’s Sarbanes Oxley committee. In 2007, after 16 years with VDM, Mr. Green left to form Cyclops Capital Management, LLC. Cyclops was a long/short equity hedge fund. From 2007 to 2012, Mr. Green traded numerous managed accounts for investors. He has also served as a consultant on prime brokerage and execution services to start up and established hedge funds, trading groups and qualified high net worth domestic and foreign investors. Stephen lives in Long Island, NY with his wife and 4 daughters.
