Her prior roles included supporting sales strategy, managing client and stakeholder communications, and strengthening internal processes to enhance organization, follow‑through, and relationship management.

Jacqueline earned a Bachelor of Science in Management, Leadership & Entrepreneurship from The New School, where she also served as Treasurer of a cultural organization dedicated to community engagement and education.
