Prior to joining Westfuller, Danielle co-founded and served as CEO of Before Noon, executing an end-to-end fundraising strategy to secure ~$1M from institutional investors. She led the company through four strategic pivots, scaling from B2C wellness products to an enterprise platform serving 12,000+ users and 90+ companies. Previously, as a leader at Accenture, she architected transformational initiatives including a digital acceleration strategy for a $45B global footwear leader contributing to 196% profit growth. She also led AI and data analytics initiatives for a $4B retailer, driving merchandise optimization that projected 3-5% margin improvement, and authored industry-leading thought leadership presented to Fortune 500 executives at global conferences. Her strategic work spanned digital transformation, AI implementation, and operating model redesign across retail and consumer sectors.
Danielle actively advises and invests in early-stage startups to increase access to capital for underrepresented founders. She holds a dual B.A. in Political Economics and Development and German Languages from the University of Michigan. After a successful tenure in San Francisco, she now resides in Tucson, Arizona, with her partner and puppy, and is enjoying dusting off her Spanish and getting inspired by the Sonoran desert.
