Dorian serves as Deputy COO for Westfuller and its OCIO partnership, Bivium Westfuller, where he optimizes day-to-day operations and supports high-level organizational initiatives, working directly with the COO and executive team.
Prior to joining Westfuller, Dorian led compliance teams at premier financial institutions including BNP Paribas, Deutsche Bank, Barclays, Bank of America, and RBC Capital Markets. Areas of expertise and oversight included the development and implementation of internal controls, testing procedures and methodologies, and global risk management. In 2020, driven by his commitment to social justice, he transitioned to Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI), joining BNP Paribas USA’s Human Resources department as Head of Diversity Recruitment. In this role, he developed data-driven strategies for diverse talent acquisition, leveraging his expertise in corporate strategy and control frameworks. Dorian later expanded his impact in Human Resources as a Talent Manager and Head of Internal Mobility, where he advanced initiatives focused on inclusion strategies, career development, performance management, and equitable promotion practices.
As Co-Founder and Chairman of the Brother’s Alliance for Social Empowerment (B.A.S.E), Dorian remains involved in a nonprofit organization providing essential services to underserved communities. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in English and Philosophy from St. John’s University and an MBA from Cornell University’s Johnson School of Business. Outside of work, Dorian enjoys spending time with his wife and four daughters, playing basketball, fitness training, traveling, reading, and cooking.
